Privacy notice
How Lumina Experiences uses information submitted through this website and through event enquiries.
This privacy notice explains how Lumina Experiences handles personal information submitted through the website or provided while discussing an event project.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, event date, venue, expected attendance and the details you provide about the project.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, assess availability, recommend an experience, prepare a proposal and manage a potential or confirmed booking. We do not sell enquiry data to third parties.
Event guest data
Some branded activations include email, mobile, consent or lead capture. The exact controller responsibilities, consent wording, retention period and data handover arrangements will be agreed for each project before the event.
Lawful basis and retention
Enquiry information is generally processed because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or because we have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Records are retained only for as long as reasonably required for the enquiry, booking, accounting and legal obligations.
Website cookies
This version of the website does not install analytics or advertising cookies by default. Essential hosting logs may still record technical information such as IP address, browser and requested pages for security and server operation.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection regarding your personal information. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
